CleanSpark leadership shakeup continues with strategic executive appointments

CleanSpark (CLSK) announced a strategic realignment of its senior leadership in a press release today.

Gary Vecchiarelli was named President while continuing as CFO. In his expanded role, he will oversee financial strategy, treasury, capital markets, legal and compliance, drive execution, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Scott Garrison was named Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President. He will lead infrastructure expansion, corporate development, and government affairs. Garrison was previously the COO.

Taylor Monnig will take over as Chief Operating Officer, while retaining his existing Chief Technology Officer role. An Intel innovation award recipient and data-center patent holder, he will spearhead operational excellence in mining and technology innovation.

Harry Sudock was appointed Chief Business Officer. He will manage investor relations and strategic communications, and contribute to corporate strategy. Sudock was formerly a Senior Vice President.

“These appointments reaffirm our company’s commitment to maximize megawatt monetization through Bitcoin mining and beyond,” said CEO Matt Schultz. Schultz had recently taken over as CEO after former CEO Zach Bradford resigned in August.
