Under the proposed collaboration, CleanSpark will leverage its 1 GW portfolio of power and land assets to site and operate new AI-focused facilities, while Submer will contribute its prefabricated, energy efficient liquid cooling systems and full stack modular construction expertise.
CleanSpark’s new SVP of AI Data Centers Jeffrey Thomas noted Submer’s reference architecture approvals and rapid deployment track record, stating: “Working with Submer accelerates our capability and ability to scale at pace, and we look to conclude definitive agreements in the coming weeks.”
CleanSpark and Submer will now conduct joint site evaluations and technical due diligence under the non-binding framework, with plans to negotiate final commercial terms shortly.
