HIVE said that its operations in North America were stable during Winter Storm Fern, an extreme cold front that temporarily knocked out roughly 8% of Bitcoin’s hashrate.

HIVE realized approximately $7.4 million from the cashless exercise of 480 Bitcoin options at an average value of $102,000 per coin. The company allocated these funds to purchase 2,667 Bitmain S21 XP miners for its Yguazú facility in Paraguay. This deployment is expected to lift Hive’s installed hashrate to 25.5 EH/s and improve its fleet efficiency to 17 J/TH.

The company currently operates 440 MW of power. HIVE contracted an additional 100 MW of energy for deployment in the third quarter of 2026 to reach a target of 540 MW.
