In an 8-K filed September 30, Strategy announced that it had raised the dividend on its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC) from 10% to 10.25%.
Per the filing, the new annualized rate is effective for monthly periods commencing on or after October 1, and translates to a cash dividend of $0.854166667 per share for the month ending October 31, 2025. The dividend is payable on October 31 to holders of record as of 5:00 p.m. EST on October 15.

This adjustment reflects STRC’s variable-rate feature, under which a dividend reset is triggered by the board’s declaration each month to incentivize the market price to stay around the $100 stated amount. Strategy currently has $4.2 billion in its STRC at-the-market offering.
