On its Q3 2025 earnings call yesterday, Strategy (MSTR) announced that it intends to offer preferred stock in international jurisdictions and increase the distribution and awareness for its credit instruments. The company also upped its YTD BTC Yield guidance to 30% by the end of 2025 and raised the dividend rate on STRC by another 0.25% to 10.25%.

Executive Chairman Michael Saylor said “we are on a mission to give everybody a bank account that yields 10%… we want to change people’s view on credit.” The presentation specifically calls out Canada and Europe as jurisdictions for new securities issuance.
The company upped guidance to a 2025 BTC Yield of 30%. As of Monday, Strategy reported a BTC Yield of 26.0%, meaning it will need to acquire over 25,000 BTC by year-end to meet its 30% guidance.
Strategy will also expand the distribution and awareness of its credit instruments, citing attendance at financial industry conferences and educational sessions for wealth managers and advisors.
Recently Strategy received a B- rating from S&P. CEO Phong Le stated “We think this is a big milestone, not just for Strategy and for Bitcoin treasury companies, but for Bitcoin itself… I think this is a solid starting rating. Even more important, it gives us access to more pools of capital.”
Since January 2025, Strategy has launched four series of perpetual preferred equity: STRK, STRF, STRD, and STRC. Notably, STRC garnered the largest IPO in 2025 and became the very first preferred stock to be listed on the popular retail brokerage Robinhood.
